"I started practising Restorative Yoga with Stefania after I retired. The gym where we practise is very light and airy with plenty of space and all the necessary facilities. I particularly liked the series where Stefania focussed on a different part of the body each week and devised a programme to ensure we got full movement from the focussed area. I learnt a lot about my joints and muscles from this approach.

 

Initially I found the first 15 minutes of breathing difficult because I was used to relaxation at the end of the class. But I came to appreciate that following 15 minutes of relaxation I brought a different mindset to the class and it improved my ability to switch off to outside influences and concentrate solely on myself for an hour. 

 

It's great fun working with Stefania, we are serious but can still have a joke and some laughter. Thoroughly recommend her classes if, like myself, you are an older person looking for a challenging, practical session of yoga."
