There are a few perks which come with private lessons. If you are happy with it, you shall receive a warm up back, neck and shoulders massage at the beginning of the lesson and a short head massage at the end.
Small Groups Yoga Sessions
This is the ultimate "Share the Fun and the Expense too!" Yoga Experience. Get your partner involved and enjoy unwinding with him/her in a very different way from usual. Ask a couple of friends or neighbours and at the cost of a group yoga lesson, you shall have your own Yoga studio at home! Ask your colleagues and I will come to your work place for a small group private yoga experience.
60 minutes lesson:
3 people from £20 each, 4 people from £15 each
This is when Yoga comes to you. No risk to be late, not a minute wasted to get to the lesson. Ah, and it's totally about what you need. We will discuss what type of yoga is more suitable for you at this point in time.

Restorative Yoga can help you bringing back energy into the body. This is the type of Yoga you want to go for when you are feeling tired and worn out, when your joints are aching and your nights are restless. Slow and mindful movements, deep stretches and breathing exercises will make you gain some lost energy and make you feel better in your stretched and toned body.
I also offer Yoga for specific situations in one's life: Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga to keep the side effects of pregnancy under control, preparing you for a conscious and active birth and showing you how to rest and recharge with yoga once you have had your baby, and maybe with your baby right by your side!
Healing Yoga is there for you whether you are facing a physical or mental illness. From going through chemotherapy to dealing with eating disorders and depression, Yoga can help bringing mindfulness to everyday negative patterns and relief from anxiety and physical and mental exhaustion.
I also know situations change and people can feel differently from one day to the other. This is why a private One to One Yoga lesson can be ideal, to give you the mix of yoga elements that you need from the various styles I am familiar with.
I give you maximum flexibility with your choice of days and times and we can agree our schedule week by week if you so wish. I'll come to you bringing music (or silence if you rather have that), fragrant massage oils and all my good will and experience to make you feel much better after our time together.
